AZ3’s expertise spans wireless, wireline and steel structures with the capability to manage nearly every type of project. It also offers full-service general construction solutions, including roads, utilities and other infrastructure projects.

To make this possible, AZ3 has a dedicated control center that centralizes all project communication. Every request is filtered and routed to the right teams before sharing with the client. This removes the burden of dealing with multiple vendors and endless communication threads.

In the wireless sector, the company handles monopoles, micropoles, towers and rooftop installations. It also oversees maintenance programs to ensure consistent network performance. The wireline division does underground and aerial installations, fiber and cable networks, internal wiring, electrical systems and restorations.

Complementing these, AZ3’s structural steel and infrastructure division designs, fabricates and installs steel structures. Jean Diab, Vice President, leads this division, ensuring deisgn, fabrication, and installation superiority.

AZ3 also has an electrical division, which complements its telecom installations and also performs standalone industrial and commercial projects.

One of AZ3’s complex projects involved installing fiber beneath Highway 407 in Ontario, a major transportation corridor. The crossing required a deep, multi-geometry bore with precise steering through glacial till and hardpan soil. AZ3’s team planned the bore rod by rod, adjusting the trajectory to account for elevation changes and subsurface resistance. The drilling crew chose a Ditch Witch for its power, while the locator preferred a Digitrak Falcon F5+ for its accuracy and reduced interference. Instead of forcing one solution, AZ3 used both. They worked side by side, troubleshooting together, delivering a successful installation, on time and without disrupting traffic.

Even when AZ3 cannot take on a job directly, it participates in client meetings, working as a trusted advisor. It also helps evaluate the legitimacy and safety of work done by others.
