LANCK Telecom has been recognized by Telecom Business Review Magazine as the exclusive recipient of “Top Voice and Messaging Traffic Services 2026,” based on our proprietary methodology, reflecting its position in the industry, and is also named among “Best Broadband Network Solutions,” reflecting its broader leadership. This profile has been developed by the Telecom Business Review research and editorial team based on insights from an interview with Igor Skutsenya, Senior Business Development Manager and Team Leader.
Igor Skutsenya, Senior Business Development Manager and Team LeaderTelecom operators managing international voice and messaging traffic are facing increasing pressure from fraud exposure, changing communication patterns and declining revenues from traditional traffic models. LANCK Telecom built its global telecommunications platform around helping operators improve routing efficiency, secure communication channels and recover lost revenues across increasingly complex networks.
“LANCK Telecom stands out through our measurable scale, tailored solutions, regional specialization and strong product synergy,” says Igor Skutsenya, senior business development manager and team leader.
The company supports more than 1,500 partners across over 190 countries while delivering approximately 4 billion voice minutes and 3 billion SMS annually. Instead of relying on standardized traffic models, LANCK Telecom structures routing and bilateral agreements around regional market conditions and partner requirements.
Its regional approach varies according to specific market challenges. In Asia-Pacific, the company focuses on origin-based routing optimization. Across the Middle East and Europe, its teams address sender ID registration requirements and regulatory compliance complexity. In Africa and Latin America, LANCK Telecom deploys local specialists focused on fraud prevention and traffic protection.
The company also integrates voice, messaging and value-added communication services into a single ecosystem supported by its AI-driven Fraud Management System. Operating at the signaling level in real time, the platform achieves a reported 99.8 percent fraud detection rate while blocking more than 60 million fraudulent calls and 10 million fraudulent SMS monthly.
According to LANCK Telecom, that system helps partners prevent over $200,000 in daily losses tied to fraudulent traffic activity.
Addressing Fraud and Routing Complexity
Telecom operators today are managing multiple structural changes simultaneously. Traditional international voice revenues continue shifting as VoLTE adoption and OTT communication platforms expand, while messaging providers face pricing pressure, artificial traffic activity and increasing operational complexity.
LANCK Telecom structured its services around traffic quality control, channel diversification and centralized routing management designed to stabilize communication performance and reduce operational burdens.
Its Fraud Management System uses deep learning algorithms and mathematical traffic analysis models to identify cross-provider fraud activity and disguised artificial traffic patterns in real time. The company complements those automated systems with a dedicated Quality of Service department responsible for route monitoring, escalation management and traffic optimization.
Advanced analytics tools continuously monitor metrics including answer seizure ratio, mean opinion score, average call duration and traffic fluctuations. Statistical models generate real-time alerts when network anomalies or quality issues appear, allowing routing adjustments before customers experience significant service disruption.
LANCK Telecom also expanded beyond traditional traffic termination by offering services including Voice OTP, DID solutions, roaming support, eSIM management and multi-channel communication integration involving SMS, voice, OTT platforms and RCS messaging.
The company believes diversified communication ecosystems are becoming increasingly important as enterprises reduce reliance on single-channel communication strategies.
Optimizing Communication Costs through Channel Diversification
One customer project in East Africa demonstrated how LANCK Telecom combines routing optimization, channel diversification and fraud management within constrained communication environments. The enterprise managed approximately 600,000 SMS monthly across international markets while attempting to reduce delivery costs from €0.15 to €0.10 per SMS without affecting performance.
That strategy shifted roughly 30 percent of traffic toward voice-based delivery while maintaining stable conversion rates and user experience consistency. During the optimization process, LANCK Telecom also identified that approximately 12 percent of traffic volume involved Artificially Generated Traffic.
After activating fraud filtering systems, the customer realized an additional €7,200 in savings while successfully reaching the target communication cost level.
Looking ahead, LANCK Telecom expects predictive AI-driven traffic analysis, evolving fraud patterns and growing communication redistribution across voice, OTT and messaging platforms to continue reshaping the telecommunications market. The company plans to continue expanding its integrated communication ecosystem while strengthening intelligent routing, fraud prevention and multi-channel traffic management capabilities globally.
