Next-generation ATM networks can leverage innovative solutions provided by GL. Various equipment, such as Controller Working Positions, Ground Radio Stations, Analog-to-IP Converters, Gateways, and more, can be emulated and loaded for testing. GL's next-generation ATM test tools emulate signaling and traffic according to ED-137 standards, monitor service quality according to ED-138, and measure voice quality and network delay. For air traffic controllers and pilots to communicate clearly and quickly, measuring the delay in hybrid ATM networks is critical. Recognizing, capturing, timestamping, and correlating events from analog, TDM, and IP interfaces is imperative. It is important to conduct repeated delay measurements to ensure that the device and network under test perform consistently.
Timing Measurements in Air Traffic Management (TM-ATM) by GL provides critical timing measurements for various delay occurrences in signaling and voice transmission by accurately emulating ATM network endpoints.
