4G provides many benefits over previous generations of mobile networks. For example, it offers much higher data rates, enabling users to enjoy a better experience when streaming video or downloading files. 4G also has enhanced performance in terms of latency, meaning there is less delay when sending or receiving data.
Two key technologies allow 4G speeds: LTE (Long Term Evolution) and WiMAX (Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access). LTE is the most widely utilized 4G technology, with many mobile operators worldwide now offering LTE services. WiMAX is also employed in some 4G networks, though it is not as extensively deployed as LTE.

6. Millimeter waves
