TriStruX has been recognized by Telecom Business Review Magazine as the exclusive recipient of “Featured vendors (Jan - March) 2022,” based on our proprietary methodology, reflecting its position in the industry. This profile has been developed by the Telecom Business Review research and editorial team based on insights from an interview with Randall P. Muench, CEO.
Randall P. Muench, CEOThe communications world is on the brink of massive changes. 5G is knocking the doors of the enterprise world. Digital transformation programs are gathering steam in almost every business, big and small. A broad acceptance of work from home policies, in the backdrop of COVID-19, has paved the way for new opportunities and challenges for businesses, telcos, and ISPs. Amid such cacophony of large events, large wireless and cable providers in the US will be required to adopt a wide range of changes across their communications infrastructure. While they maintain a vast network of service partners, they have little time and resources to invest in onboarding and managing a multitude of service providers for their various needs. What they need is a reliable communications partner who can cater to their needs through turnkey offerings, from engineering through integration.
Enter TriStruX, a telecom infrastructure service company, born out of the amalgamation of three independent service providers, that caters to the end-to-end needs of cable and wireless firms. From design to sitework, installation, maintenance and beyond, TriStruX enables clients to spend their resources on essential services and customer experience rather than orchestrating thousands of partners.
The trio--Telcom Engineering Group, LLC, Leone Electric Co, LLC, and High Point Utilities-- each having more than 20 years of experience in various domains, brings together qualified personnel, expertise, knowledge, and the right tools to ensure unbridled network performance across regions and platforms for its clients. Frank Pena, Chairman of the Board of TriStruX, says “Our company was born out of a need in the marketplace that was not being met. Our mission is to not only meet that need but exceed expectations while doing it.”
In particular, Leone Electric, founded in 1977, brings complete professional electrical services, including utility coordination and design, installation, wiring, and more, for commercial and industrial clients. Leon Electric is also no stranger to embracing a pivoting landscape since the recession of 2007 allowed Leone to lean into providing comprehensive wireless infrastructure solutions.
Nicholas J. Leone, COOEqually, Telcom Engineering Group has extensive experience designing wireless projects related to Wi-Fi, distributed antenna systems (DAS), macro cell, and small cells. Completing the TriStruX’s picture is High Point that offers construction and installation of Coax and Fiber cable in aerial or underground deployments.
“The other differentiator for TriStruX is its expert and seasoned employees across the board, from the senior leadership through the ground staff,” says Randall P. Muench, CEO of the company. Team TriStruX strives to deliver frictionless services by focusing on proactive maintenance and network visibility that keeps clients in control of their operations. “Being with us for more than 20 years on an average, our employees bring to the table vast first-hand experiences and proven best practices,” says Nicholas J. Leone, COO of TriStruX. “They take into account clients’ uniqueness in terms of operations, jurisdictions, and regulations and help them navigate the processes accordingly.”
Building on its proven track record, TriStruX aims to serve the entire US and emerge as a tier 2 supplier. At the helm of the company, “Muench will guide us in defining long-term vision for our growth and scalability in both wireline or wireless domains,” concludes Leone.
